1.0mm black colored foam tape:

(Also named double coated PE foam tape)

 

Introduction: PE backing, coating on both sides with strong solvent acrylic adhesive, water based adhesive, hotmelt based adhesive, plastic film/Yellow silicone paper/White silicone paper/Glassine silicone paper as release paper liner.

 

Main usage:

Excellent quick stick made it fit for rough surface, such as nameplate, marker, glass map and so on. It is widely used for wall-mount pictures, decorations, fixing of auto parts, packing electronic pieces, cushion on glass board, ceramic tile and wood surface that are clean and dry.

Release liner: White/yellow release liner, yellow glassine release paper liner, brown kraft paper liner, red/green/blue film liner

Jombo roll: Width 1260 mm(usable 1240 mm),1070 mm (usable 1050 mm) and 1040 mm(usable 1020 mm)

FAQ:

1.  What is the capacity of your factory

Such as for double sided PE foam tape, one coating line produces about 400,000 sqm in a day.

 

2. What is the maximum width you produce

Different tapes the maximum width is different. Generally speaking, our standard jumbo width include 1040 mm ( usable 1020 mm ), 1070 mm ( usable 1050 mm ), 1260 mm ( usable 1240 mm ), Maximum is 1260 mm ( usable 1240 mm ).

 

3. Can you make a die cut?

We sell jumbo roll, log roll or finished roll with size as customers’ request. Some of our customers purchase from us in roll size and make die-cutting. I am sorry we don’t provide die cut.

 

4.  Can you make the tape according to my own sample?

We have advanced equipment for testing and also the production machine, please offer us the sample or technical data, we will check if we could make it.
